END OF TERM 3 SWIMMING GALA

End of Term Swimming Gala

We are delighted to announce details of our End-of-term Swimming Gala, for our Academy Swimmers.

The Gala will see children from all Elite venues participate in races, giving the children the opportunity to develop the skills they have learned in their coaching sessions in a competitive and fun environment, and a great way to end the academic year.

Date:

• Friday 2^nd July 2021

Location:

 

• Sunmarke School (JVT) - Map

 

Gala times:

 

• Arrival – 8.45am
• Gala – 9.00 – 10.15am*
• Collection – 10.30am

*Gala will last around 75 minutes with the presentation to follow.

Price:

• No payment will be required for all swimmers attending the Elite swimming sessions in Term 3.
• Confirmation email will be sent in the week leading up to the Gala with further details.

COVID Restrictions:

 

• REGISTRATION IN ADVANCE IS STRICTLY REQUIRED
• Temperate checks on arrival for all staff and participants – anyone with a temperate above 37.5c will not be allowed entry
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the Gala start time to avoid congregating/waiting
• Swimmers to be dropped and collected. Please note parents ARE NOT allowed on site
• Masks to be worn by all participants upon arrival.
• Participants should bring their own water, swimming hat, and towel

Registration response is compulsory and must be confirmed before Tuesday 29^th June 2021.
