What are the timings?
- 8.00am – 10.30am
What is the format each day?
- Land training followed by pool work focusing on a different stroke or skill each day. Each day will end with a fun warm down game or activity.
- 8:15am-8:30am -Drop Off
- 8:30am-09:30am-Land Training
- 9:30am-10:30am-Swimming
- 10:30am-10:45am-Pick Up
What are the age groups?
- Age 6+ and minimum Level 3. Children will be grouped based on their ability level and in accordance with our ratios to ensure the safety of the children.
What equipment does my child need?
- Dry sports clothes (t-shirt, shorts and trainers) and swim wear, swim hat and goggles.
- Land training will take place outside and swimming will take place in the indoor pool.
- Bring sufficient food, snacks and plenty of water (this can be refilled on site)
