Makeup Sessions Policy

Elite Sports Academy may offer makeup sessions for participants who miss classes due to illness or injury. To be eligible, a doctor’s note must be provided, and the absence must be communicated and approved by Elite Management.

Please note that all makeup sessions must be used within the same academic year in which the illness or injury occurred. They cannot be carried over to the following academic year. If a makeup session is not attended, no refund or additional credit will be provided.

For long-term illness or injury, please contact our team directly to discuss possible options and support.

Parent/Guardian Attendance

For the safety and support of all swimmers, a parent or guardian must be present for the entire duration of each lesson.

Makeup Session Guidelines

Makeup sessions must be completed within the same Term or Season as your original payment.

Makeup sessions are only available to participants who are fully registered and have completed payment.

Makeup sessions cannot be scheduled if there is an outstanding balance on your account.

If a scheduled makeup session is missed, no refund or additional credit will be provided.

All makeup sessions must be used within the same academic year or the duration of the enrolled program.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds will be offered for sessions cancelled by the venue provider or Elite Sports Academy due to circumstances including, but not limited to: weather conditions, venue access or availability, venue condition, declared holidays, unexpected closures (temporary or permanent), staff injury or illness, road closures, changes in staff, coach availability, or customer scheduling conflicts such as personal travel.

Elite Sports Academy reserves the right to offer substitute venues or sessions when possible. Please note that no refunds or credit notes will be provided if you are unable to attend these substitute classes or venues.

Cancellation Due to Participation & Payment Policy

Elite Sports Academy reserves the right to issue a credit note or offer an alternative program to customers registered for sessions or programs cancelled by Elite due to low participation levels.

Please note that once payment is made, registrations and bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If you register and pay for Elite activities that later clash with other activities starting after your Elite registration, no refund will be provided. However, makeup sessions will be offered according to our standard terms. Any pricing adjustments will revert to the original cost.

Credit notes issued under this policy are valid for 6 months from the date of approval.

Fee Structure and Refund Policy

All fees paid to Elite Sports Academy for sessions and bookings include a 30% administration and business cost, and a 70% service fee (plus VAT).

In the event that Elite cancels sessions and a credit note or alternate program is not requested, only the service fee portion will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. This refund will be calculated based on the remaining number of sessions or bookings in the paid term or period.

Please note that the calculation will revert to the original cost structure.

• Full Payment Option: One-time payment of the full annual fee.
• 50/50 Instalment Option: 50% Upfront and the remaining 50% will be collected one month later.

Our 2025/26 season Early Bird offer will be available until Sunday, 29th June 2025.

Terms and Conditions

Once a participant is registered and the first installment is paid, the policy cannot be cancelled or altered. This applies regardless of any other offers provided by Elite Sports Academy during the contracted period.

Elite Sports Academy LLC operates the https://elitesports.ae/ website (“Site”) and is domiciled in the United Arab Emirates. All transactions and agreements are governed by UAE law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by courts with jurisdiction in the UAE.

Payments are accepted via Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED and SAR currencies.

We comply fully with UAE law and do not provide services to individuals or entities sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or related to sanctioned countries.

Minors (under 18 years old) are not permitted to register or transact on the website.

Cardholders should retain copies of their transaction records along with the merchant’s policies and rules.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information.

Privacy and Security Policy

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information collected by https://elitesports.ae/ are strictly protected and will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

We do not pass any debit or credit card information to third parties during transactions.
