What to Expect
Both trips are structured as a Monday to Friday camp packed with daily training, matches, and exclusive activities designed to give participants a taste of life at a professional football club. Here’s a snapshot of what’s included:

- Daily Training: 2-3 hours of sessions led by WHU coaches ⚒
- Fixtures: 3 matches against West Ham United Foundation junior teams 🤝⚽
- Live Premier League Match: Experience the excitement of a live WHU game 🎟️⚽
- Training Ground Visit: Watch an Academy match (U23s or U18s) and explore the West Ham United First Team training ground
- Nutritional Workshop: Learn about healthy eating for athletes
- Fun Activities: Enjoy social events like bubble football, bowling, or laser tag 🎉
