Illness & Injury
Elite Sports Academy reserve the right to offer a makeup session to those participants who miss sessions due to illness/injury. A doctor’s note must be provided to redeem any missed sessions. This must be communicated and agreed with the Elite Management. All make up sessions must be consumed within the same Academic year as the illness / injury occurred and cannot be transferred too the new Academic year. If the make up sessions are not attended no refund or further credit note will be made available.
For long term illness and or injury issues please contact the team to discuss potential options.
Make up Sessions
Make up sessions cannot be applied if there is an outstanding balance against your account
If the scheduled makeup session is not attended, no refund or further credit note will be made available (makeup sessions must be completed within the same academic year or participated programme.
Refunds
No refunds will be offered/available for any sessions cancelled by the venue provider & or Elite due to any circumstances including but not limited to; Weather conditions, venue access, venue availability, venue condition, declared holiday periods, unexpected closures (including permanent and temporary closure) employee injury or illness, road closures, change of staff member in charge & or due to supply coach / coach cover. Elite reserve the right to offer a substitute venue if available, there will be no credit notes or refunds available for those that cannot attend substitute classes and or venues.
Credit Notes
Elite reserve the right to offer a credit note / alternate programme to those customers registered for sessions or programmes cancelled by Elite due to participation levels.
Once payment is received, registrations and or bookings cannot be cancelled.
If any customer registers and pays for activities with Elite that then clash with activities starting post Elite registration no refund will be given. Makeup sessions will be provided as per the terms stated above.
Programme fees
All fees paid to Elite Sports Academy in relation to sessions / bookings for the services detailed below comprise of a 30% administration and business cost and a 70% service fee (plus VAT). Only the service fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any sessions cancelled by Elite (if a credit note or alternate programme is not required) based on the remaining number of sessions / bookings in the term / paid period.
NOTES: Service credits are valid within the Academic year they were distributed. Credit notes cannot be transferred into the new academic year.

Upon payment of the annual membership the customer formally agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions provided below.

Cancellation Policy
The policy cannot be cancelled once a participant is registered and or has paid the first instalment.
The policy cannot be changed or cancelled in line with any other offer provided by Elite Sports Academy throughout the duration of the contracted period.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED & SAR will be accepted for payment.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
PRIVACY POLICY
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
